Hi, I’m Adanna, a GTM (go-to-market) leader in education technology and the future of work. In short: I help products, teams, and individuals transform in response to our changing academic and economic landscapes.

In my early 20s, I discovered I loved working across product, sales, and marketing—turning rough ideas and demand data into real solutions that helped people learn and grow. By my 30s, I realized I had just as much energy for helping people transform through coaching and career training as I did for bringing new tech concepts to market.

We’re living through nonstop change. AI is everywhere, but the real edge still belongs to humans—those who adapt, think analytically, solve problems, and have candid, effective interactions. These are the durable skills that build resilient careers and individuals.

That’s why I created Agence. Work and learning should support you—giving energy and not just taking it...whether that means taking time to rest, launching a side project, or stepping into a leadership role that truly fits.
