We build a Growth Playbook for your next step, then execute it. You're in the lead role, and I work the structure: tightening the narrative arc, running lines with you, and making sure your next act pays off. This often includes:

Updating how you position yourself, your work and individual impact

Targeting the right opportunities and getting noticed by the right people

Preparing for the conversations: interviews, negotiations, and difficult asks

Negotiating with leverage and creating boundaries so you don't burn out
